America’s Real Deal
America’s Real Deal, with a valuation of $25 million, is raising funds on Main Street Bond. It is an interactive business reality competition show that invites TV viewers to invest in vetted companies. America’s Real Deal has already aired its first season, and every episode involved three companies competing with one another to win the episode on the basis of three rounds of competition. One winning company is crowned the Season Champion and takes an extra $100,000 investment based on votes, purchases, and investments from the TV audience. Adam Brandley founded America’s Real Deal in May 2013. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the production of season two, pitch events, operating expenses, final filming and editing, full-time staff, marketing, and working capital.
