Baked True North is raising funds on Honeycomb. Lauren is expanding her gluten-free bakery to a storefront. Baked True North has created not only the most unique and delicious gluten-free products, but a community around “gluten-freedom”. Baked True North is currently located in Bellevue in a Commercial kitchen in a residential location (without a storefront). The new location will be a bakery/storefront with enough space to serve the north of Pittsburgh from the North Hills all the way to Cranberry. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $120,000 and a maximum target of $175,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for securing and opening a storefront and quadrupling the capacity.
