Blokable, with a valuation of $125 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is reinventing housing creation using modular development and related manufacturing efforts. The business is making multifamily housing affordable and high-quality using its state-of-the-art building system and engineering techniques. Blokable is entering into a lease to build a housing facility in Northern California that will be operational by late 2023. Nelson Del Rio founded Blokable in December 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for factory and facility-related expenses, research and development, real estate pursuits, and salaries.
