The company also makes aluminum rims and is now poised to expand its reach globally. Nicole Johnson and Boyd Johnson founded Boyd Cycling in September 2009. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $1 million and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the completion of the acquisition of Munich assets and IP, marketing, growth capital, and manufacturing expansion.
