About this raise
Zion Peaks is raising funds on tZERO. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beyond, Inc. and is tokenizing the intellectual property of buybuy BABY. Zion Peaks acquired certain trademark registrations related to the buybuy BABY brand in exchange for an annual royalty fee and is currently tokenizing the intellectual property of the buybuy BABY brand to build communities that will share in the revenues of the brand tokens they own and become social cheerleaders for the brand. Leah Putnam and Melissa Smith founded Zion Peaks in April 2025. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $250,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
