Calibre Biometrics, with a valuation of $22.75 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has created a wearable device that collects breath measurement data and makes it available for fitness training, wellness, and other medical uses. The device, Calibre, is affordable and ultralight and combines respiratory science with breakthrough technology to empower users to take charge of their respiratory wellness and metabolism. Calibre Biometrics has undertaken development and beta testing and is already shipping products to customers. Udi Meirav founded Calibre Biometrics in February 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, research and development, operations, and working capital.
