About this raise
CalTier is raising funds on Rialto Markets. It is a fintech investment platform that allows investors to invest in real estate. Matt Belcher, Parker Smith, and Travis Hook founded CalTier in August 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $1,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to launch additional real estate portfolio funds, expand the investment platform, expand the market, provide working capital to expand the team, and offer other alternative investment opportunities.
