Capitalis Group, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Silicon Prairie Online. It is a consulting firm that provides crowdfunding management services to its clients. The services offered by Capitalis Group include pre-launch management, post-campaign management, and guidance toward successful crowdfunding campaigns. Capitalis Group also owns the funding platform TruCrowd and has plans to expand to Japan and Europe. Sean Fuellhart founded Capitalis Group in November 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1.5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, research and development, loan repayments, equipment purchases, domestic expansion, sales, international expansion, and operational expenses.
