Catailyst, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The business uses artificial intelligence and automation to understand clinical, scientific, and business announcements from various public information sources. The company has also launched a data analysis platform and database to provide access to such data. The data obtained from public information sources, like SEC filings, press releases, and trial registrations, is then used to create actionable data for the users. Arindrajit Basak founded Catailyst in May 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for salaries, advertising and marketing, patents, research and development, technology, website, and other expenses.
