Early Bird Vegan is raising funds on SMBX. It is an everyday eatery in South Phoenix, Arizona that serves healthy and delicious plant-based food to its customers. The aim of the eatery is to serve convenient and healthy food for the conscious mind. The offerings also include grab-and-go food and a wide array of plant-based green products for purchase. Early Bird Vegan also serves cold-pressed juices and health-boosting shots and educates its customers about local products and unique vegan recipes. Krystal Harris founded Early Bird Vegan in January 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $250,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing and advertising, equipment purchase, construction of a second location, and working capital.
