EPIC Global Franchising
[Closed for Investment]
From Soul Cycle to CrossFit, boutique fitness classes have become all the rage. They boast intense workouts, a sense of community, and promise results.
However...are they truly epic? Well, one of them is -- welcome EPIC Hybrid Training to the fitness world. It’s the only workout of its kind -- and it’s one that truly lives up to its name. It’s a high-intensity, circuit-training boutique fitness program that uses body weight, cardio, and strength training exercises in a mix of interval fitness and group classes, with the goal of keeping people engaged the whole time. Although it’s geared to train people safely and effectively for highly athletic obstacle courses, like Spartan races, anyone who wants epic results is welcome. In fact, they’ve been dubbed “the toughest workout in New York” and been featured on CBS, ABC, NBC, and “Sweat Inc.” with Jillian Michaels.
EPIC has two-company owned studios, seven franchise locations, and have serviced over 500,000 clients in less than five years. Their goal is to have 30 locations by next year and over 500 within the next five years. With each franchise, EPIC collects a starting fee of $19,900 and then royalties, which is 6% of gross sales each month. Right now, each franchise earns EPIC about $500-$1,000 per month, and their projected revenue is predicted to be $1.35 million after adding 20+ locations.
The boutique fitness industry is certainly exploding right now. In the past few years, it’s gone from a $4 billion industry to an $8 billion industry with a 70% growth in attendance from 2012-2015. Add in the fact that EPIC’s founder and CEO, Alex Nicholas, is a Reebok-sponsored Spartan Pro Team member, passionate about coaching others, and has over fifteen years of executive business leadership, and you start to see why EPIC is on the path to epic success.
EPIC’s training plan won’t just get you fit -- it’ll give you a sense of community while keeping your workouts fresh and innovative. The name of their workout game is safety, creativity, fun, and challenge. In other words…..it’s EPIC.
