The platform offers an efficient CapTable management solution that allows a fast and efficient way to issue, share, and manage private company shares. The services of Eqvista include primary stock issuance, a secondary marketplace for liquidity, and digital asset CapTable. The platform has over 9,000 companies and has reported 14X revenue growth in less than two years. Tomas Milar founded Eqvista in July 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $4.9 million. The campaign proceeds will be used to develop more CapTable features, create licensing, and launch the platform’s primary and secondary markets.
