EthicStream is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Dealmaker Securities as the Broker-Dealer. The company deals in carbon offsetting by purchasing carbon credits at a discount and selling them at market price. In the process, the business makes profits that it shares with the investors, along with enabling them preferred access to carbon credits from top-tier producers, including CarbonEthic. EthicStream is known for its high-quality credits, community impact, and advanced technology. Michael Tolmie founded EthicStream in 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $10 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for product development, payroll, marketing, acquisition of carbon credits, and general and administrative expenses.
