Meet Our Speaker: Cameron Wu
Cameron comes from a long line of real estate entrepreneurs and has been learning the industry his entire life. Before joining Arrived as the VP of Investments in 2021, he served as the Vice President of Operational Analytics at American Homes 4 Rent, the nation’s second-largest residential landlord. There, he managed revenue for a portfolio of 50,000+ homes and built up the enterprise-wide business intelligence platform. Before that, he ran a successful lending business in Las Vegas that provided bridge financing to residential real estate developers. Cameron is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a graduate of Indiana University, where he holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. Synthesizing his background in finance, law, real estate, and data analytics, Cameron takes a multidisciplinary approach to finding the best value in residential real estate for investors. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.
