Frozen Puck Labs
Frozen Puck Labs, with a valuation of $100 million, is raising funds on Title3Funds. It is a game design and development studio that is developing the next generation of video games that commemorate first responders. Frozen Puck Labs has a partnership with the International Association of Fire Fighters and extends its reach to over 5 million volunteer firefighters, colleagues, family members, and partnerships worldwide. The company aims to bring a new lens of what these professions comprise and plans to donate a portion of its sales to the IAFF Foundation. Evan Kirsch founded Frozen Puck Labs in April 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, future wages, accrued expenses, debt repayment, and general working capital.
