GenBio, with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is raising crowdfunding on TruCrowd. It is a biotechnology company working on medical research breakthroughs in the treatment of inflammation. The company is working on furthering its research to develop more potent and less toxic drugs to treat inflammatory conditions and diseases. Todd Sonoga founded GenBio in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used for sales and marketing, research and development, accountancy, legal expenses, and general operating expenses. GenBio has already conducted extensive research and is looking at taking its findings to the next critical stage.
