Het Say is raising funds on SMBX. The restaurant is based on San Jose, California, and serves Southern Vietnamese food made using local produce and traditional techniques. The food business brings its food memories from the Mekong Delta and infuses them into vibrant and harmonious dishes in a Californian context. Het Say currently operates through popups and is now planning to open its first brick-and-mortar location. DuyAn Le and Hieu Le founded Het Say in September 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $75,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for rent for the brick-and-mortar location, improvements, staff, and working capital.
