Indian River Pioneer Farms is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a USDA-recognized farm in Vero Beach, Florida. The farm is used for growing food and creating a farm-to-table wellness system. Indian River Pioneer Farms also functions as an education and training site for people to attend or facilitate classes in healthy eating, agriculture, mindfulness, regenerative farming, and environmental stewardship. Kelly Jackson founded Indian River Pioneer Farms in March 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $30,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for paying off the high tunnel balance and Towerfarm equipment, indoor lighting, electric expenses, irrigation, refrigeration, and water reclamation around high tunnel.
