[Closed for Investment] Innovega, with a pre-money valuation of $54.2 million, is testing the waters on SeedInvest through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company makes and sells smart contact lenses and glasses that deliver high-quality AR/VR experiences. The experience is provided through eMascula, the wearable display system of Innovega. Stephen Willey and Jerome Legerton founded Innovega in 2008 and raised over $11 million in previous rounds of financing. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding raise, with a minimum target of $750,000 and a maximum target of $15,000,000, will be used towards corporate payroll, clinical expenses, engineering expenses, administration expenses, and facilities and equipment.
