[Closed for Investment] Involved is “...a micro-polling software for local government that increases civic engagement by making communication direct, private, and instant.” Their app allows elected officials to gather real-time feedback easily and quickly. Constituents receive a question on their mobile phone from their government representative in the form of an app notification, a text message, or an email. They can then answer the question and share their opinion directly, and the official is informed of that information. Involved is currently working through the BU Summer Accelerator and under the guidance of Boston University.
