About this raise: Jaca is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is an upcoming fine dining restaurant in Los Angeles, California. Jaca will offer an intimate 24-seat tasting menu experience and will pair it with an adjacent bar, lounge, and bottle shop. The restaurant will open in the historic former Son of a Gun space and will offer a blend of modern Californian cuisine with a refined atmosphere.
