Kunduz is raising funds independently through Reg D 506(b) raise. The company has developed an educational app that instantly answers students’ questions and makes learning faster and cheaper. The app has an extensive AI-based library that answers 80% of the questions automatically and gives a SaaS-level gross margin. Kunduz has been used to answer over 40 million questions by 35,000 tutors in three countries and has more than 30,000 paying users. Basar Basaran, Melih Sener, and Baris Bilgic founded Kunduz in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $4,868,916. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.
