Little Red Feather (LRF) is California’s largest racing club, and they’re giving you a chance to pursue racehorse ownership. Yes, that’s right -- you can invest to own a share of a racehorse! You enjoy all the perks while LRF does all the work. Depending on how much this venture raises, LRF will purchase up to six thoroughbred horses through traditional industry means, such as public auctions, claiming races, or private purchases. Once purchased, the horses will be trained with the intent to race at Santa Anita Park, Del Mar, or other US circuits. LRF will communicate with investors regularly about the horses, providing a wealth of information and knowledge to people both new to ownership and who have owned before.

This is LRF’s second racing partnership through crowdfunding equity, and they’re excited to be back. After all, in the past 18 months, they’ve enjoyed their best successes yet, including 43 wins from 192 starts and over $3,000,000 in gross purses. LRF currently manages stakes winners like Midnight Storm, Chati’s on Top, and Bellamentary. From their start in 2002, LRF horses have won 223 races from 1,253 starts and grossed $13,571,540 in purses. The club has over 450 active partners, and they plan to earn revenue through the horses earning purse money or being sold. Each investor will own a pro-rata percentage of the Fund, and accordingly each racehorse owned by the Fund

Co-founder William Koch has been syndicating horses since 1991, and co-founder Gary Fenton worked as an entertainment attorney with the William Morris Agency before starting LRF.
