Mainvest

Mainvest, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on Republic. It is an investment platform for Main Street that empowers communities to start, scale, and invest in small businesses. The platform empowers small businesses to grow and expand by securing capital by leveraging their local communities and also gives consumers access to tangible investment opportunities. Mainvest has launched more than 500 investment opportunities and is on its path to profitability in the second half of 2023. Nicholas Mathews founded Mainvest in March 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for expanding sales distribution in three new areas, marketing, partnerships, and expanding investor social profiles.
