Mica Energies, with a valuation of $38.3 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a patent-pending technology that collects ambient radio frequency energy and uses it to charge any rechargeable battery from a distance. The technology of Mica Energies harvests radio frequency using its unique antenna to charge mobile devices wirelessly and can be implemented across multiple verticals. Mica Energies has already built a prototype of the Mica Chip and is currently in the pre-revenue stage. Judah Ben Hur founded Mica Energies in August 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for the demo of the pre-production prototype in Dallas, Texas, and the initiation of licensing program and chip production program.
