Momma Mondragon’s Macarons is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a bakery in Menifee, California, that specializes in macarons. The business offers more than 70 flavors of macarons, including vanilla and strawberry, maple bacon donut and watermelon, wild lime jalapeño poppers, and BBQ. Momma Mondragon’s Macarons also offers other delicacies like bagels, danishes, croissants, cream puffs, and cruffins. The business also sells at farmers’ markets, fairs, and food events and has been voted Best Desserts in the Inland Empire. Stephanie Mondragon founded Momma Mondragon’s Macarons in September 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $75,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for construction, hiring, ingredient costs, and purchasing a three-compartment sink, a fridge, and a freezer.
