MStreetX, with a $12 million pre-money valuation, is raising crowdfunding on TruCrowd. The company has developed a fintech platform that gives small and medium businesses access to flexible capital. The platform lets investors explore, invest, and share ideas in SMEs of their choice. David Rixter founded MStreetX in August 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used towards business investment, staff, and operations. MStreetX already has significant international traffic, members signed up and received investment solicitations without any material marketing. The platform has also received a letter of recognition from the National Governors Association and LOIs from multiple states.
