The real estate company is buying a portfolio of luxury condominiums in North America’s first conservative lifestyle hotel and condominium resort. Mysk Orlando Growth Fund will take possession of the condominiums in 18-24 months, fully furnish, manage, run them as luxury vacation rentals for 2-4 years, and sell them with an estimated IRR of 12-18%. Zafir Rashid founded Mysk Orlando Growth Fund in February 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $375,000 and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for purchasing the condominiums, marketing, closing costs, furnishing costs, and furniture costs.
