N1CE, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes and sells a variety of frozen cocktails. N1CE cocktails are created by superstar DJs Ingrosso, Axwell, and Alesso and include four classic cocktail flavors, including Pina Colada, Daiquiri, Mojito, and Margarita. The business has expanded distribution to nine countries so far in 2016, with a Q1 sales volume of 250,000 units and a Q2 sales volume of 1.25 million units. Sebastian Ingrosso and Jimmy Dymott founded N1CE in September 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for further expansion of organizational structure, accelerated revenue growth, marketing, and legal fees.
