Nada, with a $12 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. It is a real-estate technology company bringing buying and selling of real estate online without paying any brokerage. The company is transforming real-estate transactions into a homeowner service relationship by integrating all the disconnected services into one digital solution. Nada was founded by Mauricio Delgado, John Green, and Felipe Miranda in 2018 and has raised over $500,000 since its founding. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for the MVP release and expansion into new markets. Nada has business partnerships with Young Alfred & Aceable Agent and is backed by The University of Texas’ Accelerator and Google Startup Program.
