The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The products of Spero CBD appeal to a varied demographic and are soon to include skin products, vape cartridges, and CBD water for pets.

Rayton

Rayton, the manufacturer of engineered wafers for next-generation electronics, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company uses a patented technology based on particle accelerator to create the wafers that serve as the basis of automotive, solar, aerospace, 5G, and LED industries. Rayton was founded by Andrew Yakub in 2013.

The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used to advance the beta phase production at Rayton. The company has already been awarded two patents and is backed by over 4,000 investors. The technology of Rayton is set to revolutionize the semiconductor industry.

The Human Baton

The Human Baton, with a post-money valuation of $17.8 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company and its products aim to unite sports, fans, and technology to connect fans with their favorite sports and to provide them an immersive fan experience. The flagship product of The Human Baton is The Human Baton Super Sport Relay Race.

The company was founded by Stev Stephens and Phillip Carrington. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $5,355,750, will be used for the advancement of the technology platform, building an audience base, and for other general and administrative expenses. The Human Baton has a high growth business model with various revenue streams and holds strong potential for good returns on investment.

Hoplite Power

Hoplite Power, with a valuation cap of $6 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company is soon to launch a network of kiosks for smartphone charge-sharing and rentable battery packs. Thalia Brands, a premium brand for guitar accessories and lifestyle, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company manufactures and sells innovative and unique guitar accessories, including capos and picks. Thalia Brands is soon planning to expand into straps, strap locks, and wall hangers for guitars. Thalia Brands was founded by Chris Bradley and Thalia Bradley and has a loyal customer base.

The Town Kitchen employs foster and re-entry individuals to create delicious meals and explore their potential, making it a culinary-oriented and an impactful company.

The Town Kitchen was founded by Jefferson Sevilla in March 2015 and has raised $1.4 million since its founding. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to expand in the Bay Area. The Town Kitchen already has more than 40% return of gross margins on every order and reported revenue of $1.1 million in 2018, up 82% year-over-year.

French Morning

French Morning, a media platform exclusively for French expats, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company has a pre-money valuation of $3 million and specializes in providing current events, news, and local information to the French people living abroad. French Morning acquired French Radio London in 2018 and has also launched a French publication in Montreal.

French Morning was founded by Emmanuel Saint-Martin in 2009 and has raised $293,276 in previous rounds of funding. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $50,002 and a maximum target of $200,002, and the proceeds will be used to expand French Morning outside of the US, specifically into Europe and Asia. French Morning generated revenue of $1.1 million in 2018 and has approximately 500,000 unique visitors to its website every month.

Hando

Hando, a soon-to-open sushi hand roll bar, is raising funds on NextSeed. The sushi bar is to be launched in the Heights neighborhood of Houston and is planned to be a healthy and fun option for intimate or casual meals. Hando will have offerings including salmon, tuna, scallop, crab, and vegetarian, and will include Japanese spirits, sake, and beers.

Hando is owned by Jason Andaya, owner of the Family Meal Group. The proceeds of the crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $150,000 and a maximum goal of $200,000, will be used to build the restaurant, equipment for the kitchen and bar, inventory, and marketing costs. The business model and revenue streams of Hando promise low operational costs and high profits.

Denteractive Solutions

Denteractive Solutions, with a pre-money valuation of $7.7 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a real-time tele dentistry platform where patients and dentists come together. The Denteractive Solutions platform uses SaaS technology for patients to access emergency dentists for diagnoses, consultation, advice, and referrals.

Additionally, dentists also get access to new patients. Denteractive Solutions was founded by Dr. Reza Izadi and Adrien Abbasi in April 2014 and has raised $665,000 since its inception. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used to expand consumer monetization. Denteractive Solutions already has more than 12,000 registered users and has made a name for itself.

Roy Jones Jr Promotions

Roy Jones Jr Promotions, with a pre-money valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The platform of Roy Jones Jr Promotions appeals to the boxing fans and provides live boxing fights on UFC Fight Pass. It is one of the largest US promotion companies and works for promotion, sponsorships, and exclusive access.

Roy Jones Jr Promotions was founded by Keith Veltre and Roy Jones Jr. The crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. Roy Jones Jr Promotions has already been profitable in under a year and reported committed revenue of $2 million by the end of 2021.
