SunVessel

SunVessel, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on WeFunder. The company manufactures smart charging stations for robotic and electric personal mobility devices. The charging stations of SunVessel are installed in various offices, apartment buildings, and hotels, and are changing the way people move. SunVessel was founded by Sebastian Gomez Puerto and has raised around $100,000 in previous rounds of funding.

The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, and the funds will be used for development and design, operations, hardware, marketing, and insurance and legal expenses. SunVessel has already been featured on CNN and other international media platforms and received the keys to Miami-Dade County from the government in 2018.

Youcanevent

Youcanevent, an event-creation platform with a valuation cap of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. The platform of Youcanevent allows users to create and host community and business events conveniently and efficiently. Everything required to arrange events is available on Youcanevent, including event services and packages, voice or text assistance, and price transparency. Youcanevent was founded by Andrius Sperque and Antonio Trincao and has raised more than $235,000 since its inception.

The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, and the funds will be used to grow the company in the Bay Area and beyond to major cities in the US. Youcanevent already has more than 5,000 users and has reported transactions of more than $690,000 to date.

Hitch

Hitch, with a valuation cap of $10 million, is raising crowdfunding on SeedInvest. The company has developed electric and fully-autonomous robots for the agriculture and farming industry. By using the Hitch robots, farms can automate their transport systems, and reduce labor requirements and increase productivity by 40%. Hitch was founded by Nick Giancola and Ethan Joffe and raised $313,000 in the pre-seed round of funding in 2018.

The current crowdfunding round has a total size of $2 million, and the proceeds will be used for product development, marketing, payroll, and G&A expenses. Hitch has signed a letter of intent with HMC Farms for 100 robots and has also signed another LOI with the same company for partnership in research & development.

RPS Manufacturing

RPS Manufacturing, the manufacturer of powersports suspension, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has a pre-money valuation of $800,000 and is currently producing M2Shocks and other customized products in the powersports industry. It also exports its products to Australia, Finland, the United Kingdom, Russia, Japan, and Canada. RPS Manufacturing was founded by Marcus McBain, an innovator.

The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, and the proceeds will be used for website and CRM application, debt reduction, inventory, legal fees and commissions, and new employee startup. RPS Manufacturing works on an excellent business strategy and is positioned to become the leading national player in all the target markets.

Fisher Wallace Laboratories

Fisher Wallace Laboratories, with a pre-money valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is developing an FDA-cleared, clinically validated, wearable treatment for insomnia, anxiety, and depression. The Fisher Wallace Stimulator stimulates the brain to produce more serotonin and other neurochemicals, and less cortisol. The device has shown to have 75% effectiveness and only 1% side effects in clinical trials and practice.

Fisher Wallace Laboratories was founded by Kelly Roman and Charles Fisher in 2007. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used to continue the development of Version 2 device and to grow the sales of Version 1. Fisher Wallace Laboratories already has lifetime revenues of $23.3 million, with $4.7 million of net revenue in 2018.

Silent as the Grave Movie

Silent as the Grave Movie, a thrilling mystery film, is raising crowdfunding on WeFunder. The high-tension film revolves around investigating a mysterious death, dark sides of human conditions in such circumstances, and hope amidst such tragedy. Silent as the Grave Movie is written and produced by Brad Podowski, whose previous film acquired worldwide distribution and was placed in two festivals.

The same award-winning team has produced more than 15 films and won 12 awards. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $175,000, and the proceeds will be used towards the film budget, pre-production, production, post-production, advertising, and phase 2 development.  Silent as the Grave Movie already has an LOI for distribution from Vision Video for both domestic and international rights.

hobbyDB

hobbyDB, with a pre-money valuation of $17.6 million, is raising funds on WeFunder. hobbyDB is a free resource for the collecting community, built by collectors, for collectors. The database allows collectors to explore, track, and organize their collection. The price tracker on hobbyDB also keeps track of how much the collection is worth. hobbyDB was founded by Christian Braun and has raised more than $3 million since its inception.

The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $80,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to continue operations, add team members, and to hire a developer. hobbyDB has 590,000 users with 30 million items in their collections worth $610 million.

Gravatate

Gravatate, a virtual workplace solution with a valuation cap of $4.5 million, is raising funds on WeFunder. The platform of Gravatate allows business professionals to streamline their communication and enhance the collaboration experience. It helps business owners to connect and communicate with their team, clients, and vendors in a simple and affordable manner. Gravatate was founded by Javier Castro in 2014 and has raised over $700,000 since its inception.

The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $70,000 and a maximum goal of $175,000, and the proceeds will be used for software development, marketing, leadership team salary payment, and legal and accounting expenses. Gravatate reported a 196% user growth, 33% increase in workspaces, 65 times increase in shared media, and 12 times increase in shared events in a year from 2018 to 2019.

DNA ID

DNA ID, with a valuation cap of $4 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The DNA ID platform is a community marketplace for genomics research. The app allows people to monetize on their at-home genetic testings findings by sharing them with scientists. DNA ID allows DNA contributors to connect directly with medical researchers through blockchain technology. DNA ID was founded by Craig Calderone in October 2018 and started generating revenue in June 2019.

The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, and the funds will be used to hire more engineers, and sales and business development staff. DNA ID has already partnered with Cure Rare Diseases and Your DNA and has completed two successful pilot tests in 2019.

Chow420

Chow420, the one-stop-shop for cannabis products, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has a pre-money valuation of $5.04 million and provides automated dispensaries and online marketplace for cannabis-related products. Using Chow420, customers can shop, learn, and review the CBD products they like, 24 hours a day.

Chow420 was founded by Zach and David Obasiolu in 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $107,000, and the proceeds will be used to set up new Chow Pods. Chow420 currently has one Chow Pod in New York City and is developing the Chow Online Marketplace. The company reported 1,200 transactions through the Chow Pod in a short period of time, with over 800 unique customers.

Parallel Flight Technologies

Parallel Flight Technologies, with a pre-money valuation of $7.98 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has built a patent-pending drone technology that will be used in fighting wildfires, logistics, and search and rescue missions. The drones of Parallel Flight Technologies will be able to carry heavy loads for over two hours. Parallel Flight Technologies was founded by Joshua Resnick in 2018.

The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. Parallel Flight Technologies has a partnership with NASA wherein it has received a Phase 1 grant to continue its prototype development. The company is on its way to save lives, property, and the environment and has won several prestigious innovation awards.

Dapper Boi

Dapper Boi, an androgynous clothing retailer, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has a pre-money valuation of $6 million and manufactures comfortable and stylish gender-neutral clothing. Dapper Boi is an inclusive community with a loyal and growing customer base, with over 13,000 devoted customers.

Dapper Boi was founded Victoria Pasche and Charisse Pasche in 2015. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, will be used to launch new products and send them in production. Dapper Boi has already generated $1 million in lifetime sales, with the wholesale profit margin between 47%-60% and the retail profit margin between 75%-85%. The revenue for 2019 has already surpassed 2018 revenues by 30%.
