CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar

CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar, an upcoming wine shop and eatery in Oakland, CA, is raising funds on Wefunder. The business is led by women and minority winemakers and sells wine and tapas dishes. It focuses on bringing culture, life, and global experience to wines, foods, and art. Alicia Kidd and Mari Kemp founded CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar in February 2020. Harmony Turbines

No-H2O

No-H2O, with a $13 million pre-money valuation, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company specializes in on-demand car washes. It uses a proprietary waterless formula and advanced infrastructure to offer its premium products and services to consumers and B2B customers. Emmet O’Brien founded No-H2O in May 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for marketing, growing the team, and expansion. No-H2O has a proven track record with 20,000 on-demand app downloads and franchise growth in seven new US cities in just 12 months. The company has generated over $6 million in lifetime sales, with year-over-year sales growth of 978% in 2020.

 

Fenwick Farms Brewing Company

The company partners with working farms and uses its fresh and sustainable rocks to make food slabs, boulders, and coasters. They also specialize in making products out of stones that customers select, like the stones from their garden, a walk on the beach, or a hike. American Stonecraft was founded by Gerald Croteau. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000, will be used to build out a new location and ramp up inventory and marketing capabilities. American Stonecraft turns metamorphic rocks, granite, and marble from the New England geology into glorious products.

 

Lochiel Brewing

The algorithms of the COMMUNITYx platform understand what people are passionate about and form real connections between them to bring about real changes. Chloe Sledd founded COMMUNITYx in 2018. It is a voice-first software and marketplace, with over 9,800 merchants and more than 1.1 million products. The SaaS platform aims to upgrade the speaker and voice-assistant experience with greater intelligence. Peter Peng founded Jetson AI in 2017 and has raised over $2.55 million in previous rounds of funding. The current funding campaign has no minimum raise and a maximum raise of $5,000,000.
