Hammered Dwarf Cider will be complete with fantasy themes, stone walls, dragons, and more.

 

GameSense Sports

GameSense Sports, with a pre-money valuation of $8 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company uses advanced technology to train the brains of athletes. The athletes get trained on fast reactive decision-making, and the training process gets supercharged. Tom Pardikes, Peter Fadde, and Leonard Zaichkowsky founded GameSense Sports in February 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will be used for sales and marketing, product development, and general and administrative costs. GameSense Sports is led by a team of world-renowned sports science experts. The technology has appealed to several professionals, travel teams, and thousands of individual players.

The Bad Stuff, with a pre-money valuation of $9.29 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes award-winning tequila using excellence and tradition. The tequila recipe has been perfected over 93 years in the family and is rich in flavor. Phillip Soto Mares and Darren Enenstein founded The Bad Stuff in 2015. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $9,999.50 and a maximum raise of $1,069,999.70. The funds will be used to grow, expand, and launch new product lines. The Bad Stuff generated gross sales of $140,000 over the past twelve months and has won several awards across the country. The tequila has been featured in The Robb Report and is considered as “museum-grade.”

 

Guidance Whiskey

Guidance Whiskey, the maker of premium corn-based whiskey, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. The whiskey is made using corn and rye, with a touch of barley. It also carries the burnt caramel flavor from smoked barrels giving it the maraschino cherry or vanilla taste. Jason Ridgel founded Guidance Whiskey in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $250,000, will be used towards product materials, marketing, tastings, merchandise, and website rebuild. Guidance Whiskey is headed by notable leadership and has gained a large amount of recognition in 2020, including being featured in Travel Noire.

 

Carson Life

Carson Life, with a $20 million pre-money valuation, is raising funds on SeedInvest through Reg D 506(b) crowdfunding. It is a manufacturer of health and beauty products targeted at the Hispanic market. The offerings include products in hair care, skincare, weight loss, vitamins, and rejuvenation categories. Sonia Guzman founded Carson Life in 2015. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum raise of $250,000 and a maximum raise of $1,000,000. The funds will be used for launching new products, marketing, hiring, and direct to consumer growth and expansion. Carson Life reported total revenue of $2.1 million in 2019, with a gross profit margin of 79%. The offerings of Carson Life seem through some of the biggest retailers, including Walgreens, Walmart, and CVS.

 

AtomBeam

AtomBeam, with a valuation cap of $10 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed advanced software technology that helps reduce the size of the internet of things files by 75%. The technology uses machine learning and adds a high level of security to the data. Charles Yeomans and Asghar Riahi founded AtomBeam in 2017. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The proceeds will be used to deploy the software and start earning commercial revenue. AtomBeam’s technology can be used in any IoT device and will help reduce cost along with the size of files.

 

Stay Clean

Stay Clean, with a pre-money valuation of $3.97 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company offers addiction treatment through its HIPAA secure telemedicine platform. The addicts and codependents get to access self-guided life skill tutorials, meet certified clinicians, and have an online recovery community through the Stay Clean platform. Michael Coleman and Gene Gilchrist founded Stay Clean in 2017 and have raised over $100,000 since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000, will be used towards sales and marketing, clinical staff, and general expenses. Stay Clean is led by an experienced team of health care providers and offers comprehensive treatment and recovery.

 

PointerTop

PointerTop, with a valuation cap of $4.75 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a patented web platform named CrozTop. The platform allows agents to sell and service customers remotely using the voice and multimedia tools available. Jason Junge and Andrea Jung founded PointerTop in 2015 and have raised over $350,000 since the inception. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $249,000, and the funds will be used for salaries, R&D, operations, and advertising. PointerTop’s technology is founded by a team of MIT and Microsoft veterans and intends to revolutionize sales and support. The platform reported growth at 25% per year pre-COVID and is experiencing flaring of interest post-COVID.

 

Walbrook Junction

Walbrook Junction, a shopping center in Baltimore, MD, is raising crowdfunding on Small Change. It is a 47,070-square-foot shopping center anchored by Save-A-Lot and Rite Aid. The property is centrally located and has easy access to public transport, major highways, and city thoroughfares. Walbrook Junction is under contract to be acquired by The Chicago Trend Corporation. The crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $1,000 and a maximum raise of $335,000, and the proceeds will be used to complete the purchase of Walbrook Junction. Walbrook Junction is 97.5% leased, and the current rents are in line with the market.

 

Wynwood Five

Wynwood Five, a new three-story building in Wynwood, Florida, is raising funds on Small Change. The building will have ten fully-furnished rental units, each about 625 square feet in size. The rental units will primarily be used for corporate accommodations on a short-stay basis. Wynwood Five will be developed by Wynwood Manager. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $1,000 and a maximum target of $300,000, will be used for the development of the project. Wynwood Five will contain residential units, parking spaces, a shared office space, and a common rooftop area. The building is located quite close to the Wynwood Business Development District.

 

Freeman Berkshires

Freeman Berkshires, the number one vacation rental in Massachusetts, is raising crowdfunding on Small Change. The property will be used as a short-term rental in the shared economy. Freeman Berkshires is being sold by the management, and Shared Estates Assets Fund plans to acquire the property and renovate it in a carbon-neutral manner. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $1,000 and a maximum goal of $890,000, and the proceeds will be used to purchase and renovate the property. Once Shared Estates completes the acquisition and renovation of Freeman Berkshires, it plans to find a buyer for it and sell it.

 

Affordable ADUs

Affordable ADUs, a portfolio of eight accessory dwelling units in Portland, Oregon, is raising crowdfunding on Small Change. The new portfolio of ADUs will be developed by Dweller over a 12-month period. The ADUs will provide affordable housing to buyers and extra income to sellers. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $1,000 and a maximum raise of $874,000, and the proceeds will be used to manufacture and install the new ADUs. Dweller will enter into home leases with the owners and share 25% of the monthly rent with the homeowners. The portfolio of eight ADUs will have one-bedroom units and will be built by Wolf Industries.

 

Savers Village

Savers Village, a workforce housing project in Newark, NJ, is raising funds on Small Change. The project will offer affordable housing to families, in addition to giving them a pathway to financial freedom and homeownership. The landlord will deposit 10% of the rent in the tenants’ savings account each month. DS Real Estate will manage Savers Village. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $1,000 and a maximum target of $600,000, will be used to build the 39-unit project. Savers Village will not only make housing affordable but also build wealth and help transform a neighbourhood.

 

Roombus

Roombus, with a valuation cap of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company uses technology and human-centered design to create affordable and smart homes. The first product of Roombus is called Nest and is an affordable and disaster-proof smart house that keeps people safe from storms, earthquakes, and burglars. Dami Jegede founded Roombus in 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used towards engineering, payroll, production unit, assembly factory, and sales and marketing. Roombus has over 200 purchase requests and pre-orders with potential revenue of over $10 million. The smart houses of Roombus are highly desirable, efficient, and affordable.

 

Remuv

Remuv, with a pre-money valuation of $9.94 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is researching, developing, and commercializing the use of ultraviolet sanitization and microbial defense systems. The UV disinfection platform of Remuv is based on UVC LED technology and AI-based. Braden Reiber, David Reiber, and Scott Shutack founded Remuv in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to launch the Remuv UV water purification system. Remuv systems do not use toxic mercury bulbs for disinfection. The company has partnered with the US Army Chemical Biological Center and Airgility for the development of its UV disinfection systems.

 

Wanderlinger Brewery

Wanderlinger Brewery, a brewery in Chattanooga, TN, is raising funds on MainVest. It is a locally owned and operated brewery that features a taproom with local art, live music, and beer. Ei.Ventures

The company has control IP for three botanical psychedelic formulations- Psilly, MY-D, and MY-MDMA. David Nikzad and Jason Hobson founded Ei.Ventures in 2019. The proceeds will be used for conducting pre-clinical, clinical development of the drug candidates, intellectual property development, and general corporate purposes. The property was the childhood home of Ronnie, Johnny, and Donnie Van Zant, known for their rock bands Lynyrd Skynyrd and .38 Special. The property is a work in progress and will be used for vacation rental. Todd Smith purchased The Van Zant House in 2015. The property is a 77-unit residential condominium with a landscaped courtyard, custom pool, and fitness center. The condo has been designed by The Bradley Projects and offers clean lines, airy interiors, and abundant sunlight. Illume- Nashville is led by Janine Yorio and Jesse Stein and will be owned by Compound Projects. The company raised over $320,000 in its previous round of funding on Republic. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum target of $463 and a maximum target of $106,490, will be used for the renovation of the property. Illume- Nashville has a strong potential for capital appreciation and will be used for vacation rental. The rental services will be managed by Turnkey, a branded hospitality service for private accommodations.

 

Marauder

Marauder, a science fiction multiplayer game, is raising funds on Republic through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The game offers a unique experience where the player plays as a space pirate and takes part in spaceship battles. The game is expected to release in the first quarter of 2022. Marauder is being developed by Small Impact Games, founded by Mitchell Small, Cameron Small, and James Rowbotham. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $100,000 and a maximum raise of $500,000, and the funds will be used for the development of the game. Marauder is currently the fastest-growing Open Access game on FIG.co and will be released on Steam to over 125 million users.

 

Flatiron- Miami

Flatiron- Miami, with a valuation of $532,000, is raising funds on Republic. It is a condo building located at 1000 Brickell Plaza and is sixty-four stories high. The innovative architectural design of Flatiron- Miami is developed by Ugo Colombo and designed by Luis Revuelta. The residents will experience unsurpassed luxury with the five-star service and amenities of Flatiron- Miami. Brickell Flatiron is led by Janine Yorio and Jesse Stein and will be owned by Compound Projects. The entity raised over $300,000 in its previous round of crowdfunding. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum target of $532 and a maximum target of $212,800, will be used to complete the acquisition of the property. Flatiron- Miami is located at one of the world’s hottest vacation spots and in the middle of a business district.
