TruSo, with a valuation of $16.2 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a social network based on video. The TruSo social network is the place where real conversations happen among people on video calls and with an integrated chat community. The app is also accessible for the deaf and helps the users and community monetize their content. TruSo is led by an experienced team and has a waitlist of more than 2,000 people ready to participate in the beta testing phase. Matthew Newman founded TruSo in February 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.60 and a maximum target of $1.07 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.

 

Sports Engineering

Sports Engineering, with a valuation of $24.2 million, is raising funds on Netcapital. The company uses its patented and innovative footwear technology to make footwear that enhances athletic safety and mitigates potential causes of injury. Sports Engineering’s patented SplitSole and SmartSpring technologies reduce ground reaction forces related to rotational force and horizontal shear that are the common causes of injury. Sports Engineering already has product development agreements with two footwear brands and four NDAs with multi-vertical brands for commercialization. It facilitates frequent engagement with its scalable and optimized coaching platform that allows individuals and teams across organizations to share consistent tools, language, and approaches. A)plan coaching reported monthly revenue of $218,000 in October 2021 and has secured a renewing engagement at the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley. Michael Counts founded a)plan coaching in September 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $535,000. AgWiki

AgWiki is raising funds on Fundify. It is an online platform where farmers, agriculturists, ranchers, and those in the food industry all over the world share and seek information while building relationships with their peers. AgWiki has three revenue streams, including user fees, partnerships, and online classes. John M. Larose Sr. and John M. Larose Jr. founded AgWiki in May 2015. SAM of USA

SAM of USA, with a valuation of $42 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is making a visionary and all-electric urban vehicle that provides sustainable automotive mobility. It aims to revolutionize sustainable transportation with its innovative design, technology, and ease of use. SAM of Polska has already sold 300 SAM vehicles in Europe and plans to build on its success in the USA as SAM of USA. Waclaw Stevnert founded SAM of USA in December 2017. The SMART Tire Company
