Camp365, with a valuation of $30.8 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company manufactures compact and towable campers that allow people to enjoy camping without changing their everyday lifestyle. The lightweight campers can be towed by almost any car and stowed in any garage. Camp365 reported 10x growth in revenue from 2018 to 2021. Kevin McGregor and Cedar Vandergon founded Camp365 in 2009. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.90 and a maximum target of $2.5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for direct-to-customer sales expansion, independent recreational vehicle dealerships, and co-branded strategic partnerships.

 

Pneumeric

Pneumeric, with a valuation of $9 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company has designed and developed a medical device named Capnospot to assist in treating tension pneumothorax (a collapsed lung). The device confirms successful therapeutic decompression by changing color and helps to remove the concern of human mistakes. The company is committed to launching 100 properties in the first 24 months and has received a development grant for $150,000 from the Algorand Foundation. Mory Katan founded SliceSpace in May 2022. Zeen by Exokinetics

Zeen by Exokinetics, with a valuation of $25 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. It is a new mobility device for those battling age, injury, or disease. Zeen can lift patients up to a standing position and become a fast and safe way to move around or relax at a sociable height. The company has received pre-orders surpassing its current manufacturing capabilities. Garrett Brown founded Zeen by Exokinetics in July 2016. et Oliva

Gamelevate

Gamelevate, with a valuation of $10.8 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a media company that provides coverage of esports and gaming events. SongVest, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Dealmaker Securities. TomBot
