Joulez

Joulez, with a valuation of $40 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is an electric vehicle rental company that is building an ecosystem around supporting EVs. The company is currently developing software and will soon acquire a fleet of electric vehicles for its platform. Joulez will provide EVs for rent, including the toll pass, access to charging stations, and delivery and pickup of vehicles. Micah Bergdale founded Joulez in May 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for acquiring EVs for its fleet and beta testing.

 

SongSplits by Song Solutions

SongSplits by Song Solutions, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a digital platform for music rights management. The platform allows music collaborators to input and cross verify their song credits and royalty agreements. SongSplits by Song Solutions’ technology is built to scale and has more than 250,000 users. Todd Wright and Al McLean founded SongSplits by Song Solutions in October 2018. RIGHTSURE

RIGHTSURE, with a valuation of $18 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The insurance technology company helps people find the best insurance policy for themselves. The company combines the use of artificial intelligence with chatbots, mobile apps, multi-variate rating, and discount discovery technology to help people save money. RIGHTSURE has more than 30,000 active policyholders and crossed $4 million in revenue on $40 million in premium. Ronald Jeffery Arnold founded RIGHTSURE in 1990. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999 and a maximum target of $1,069,999.20. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.

 

Mechanism Wellness

Mechanism Wellness, with a valuation of $15.1 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company offers a holistic digital wellness plan that helps people identify and address the underlying mechanism behind their visible symptoms. The personalized program of Mechanism Wellness is rooted in functional medicine and can be leveraged from anywhere at any time. Mechanism Wellness has signed a partnership agreement with American Benefit Consulting who support more than 120 Fortune 500 companies. Shakti Jauhar, Mona Jauhar, and Dr. Chris Turnpaugh founded Mechanism Wellness in October 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.75 and a maximum target of $1,069,998.04. The campaign proceeds will be used to engage with more corporations, grow the practitioner affiliation program, and increase B2C engagement.

 

ThrillSeeker Media Group

ThrillSeeker Media Group, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The entertainment company specializes in virtual reality (VR) content and aims to build a community of VR and augmented reality creators, influencers, and advertising partners. ThrillSeeker works with a variety of brands, making it an ideal partner for companies looking to reach a highly engaged and diverse audience. Cody Alfar founded ThrillSeeker Media Group in July 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,997.50 and a maximum target of $1,100,010. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.

 

Terbine

Terbine, with a valuation of $55 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a platform for the global exchange of IoT data. The platform takes raw data from machines ranging from land systems to satellites, gives it context, makes it searchable by users, and makes the data financially valuable. Terbine has raised $3.1 million in previous rounds of financing and is working on building business development relationships. David Knight and Brian Enochson founded Terbine in May 2015. Bloom Foods

Bloom Foods is raising funds on MainVest. It is an upcoming food truck in Houston, Texas, and plans to sell plant-based vegan food. The food truck will serve pancakes, tacos, nuggets, burgers, and biscuits. Bloom Foods will also sell frozen packaged burgers, nuggets, and sauces on its truck and through wholesale partners. Aphios Pharma

Aphios Pharma, with a valuation of $71 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is developing cannabis-based therapeutics for pain, anxiety, opioid use disorder, and multiple sclerosis. The green biotech company is developing technology for the sustained release of nano encapsulated cannabinoids to treat chronic medical needs. Aphios Pharma has received grants from the National Cancer Institute, NCCIH, and National Institute of Drug Abuse and has spent millions of dollars on drug manufacturing and drug delivery technologies. Trevor P. Castor founded Aphios Pharma in July 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,000,000. Farm to Coast Collective

Farm to Coast Collective, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company aims to socially and economically empower small businesses. The focus is to create community gathering spaces to support chefs, artists, local farmers, performers, and makers. Farm to Coast Collective is reinventing food halls to empower local chefs by offering shared services. The business has signed letters of intent with eight highly regarded local chefs. FluentPet, with a valuation of $16 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed sound buttons that act as catalysts for communication with pets. The FluentPet system is made up of recordable sound buttons and connecting HexTiles that help cats, dogs, and other pets to express themselves and be understood by humans. FluentPet has remained solidly profitable for the first quarter of 2021, with more than $3.3 million trailing twelve months revenue as of June 2021. Leo Trottier founded FluentPet in September 2015.  The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.

 

Gerostate Alpha

Gerostate Alpha, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The pharmaceutical company is making drugs that slow down tissue aging. The unbiased drug development pipeline of the company addresses multiple functional domains of aging, including cardiovascular, muscular, neurological, and metabolic. Gerostate Alpha delivers drug candidates to slow aging with a success rate of 20%. The company is currently testing its products on aging mice. Simon Melov founded Gerostate Alpha in June 2018. Dulceria

Legion M

Legion M, with a valuation of $48.5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is the world’s first fan-owned entertainment company. The investors get to back a variety of projects diversified across different genres, mediums, and risk profiles. Legion M is disrupting the entertainment industry and is one of the most successful companies in crowdfunding history. Paul Scanlan and Jeff Annison founded Legion M in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $3,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to become one of the most influential companies in Hollywood.

 

Terraseed

Terraseed, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company sells sustainable vegan supplements in biodegradable pill bottles. It works for the wellness of the vegan community and the health of planet Earth. The product offerings of Terraseed include vitamins B, C, and D, Omegas, multivitamins, and vegan protein. Ziba Foods

Ziba Foods, with a valuation of $2.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company sells Afghanistan’s high-quality dried fruit and nuts across the US. The nuts and dried fruit are delicious, nutritious, sustainably grown, and socially responsible food sources. Ziba Foods is focused on helping the women and farmers of Afghanistan sustain jobs and economic stability. The apps act as consolidation platforms that help EV drivers to locate, activate, and pay for EV chargers. AeonCharge is validated with a net promoter score of 84 and backed by 17 EV clubs presidents. Dwi Sutandar, Christopher Jing, and Lin Sun Fa founded AeonCharge in March 2020. Envel

Envel, with a valuation of $35 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a financial technology company that focuses on building autonomous banking. The digital banking application partners with nbkc bank to hold the funds safe and secure. Envel is powered by patent-pending autonomous banking technology and has more than 10,000 users since January 2021. Steve Le Roux, Matina Dimitriadou, and Diederik Meeuwis founded Envel in 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.64 and a maximum target of $3,930,043.12. True Made Foods

True Made Foods, with a valuation of $11 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes and sells all-natural condiments from real vegetables. The products of True Made Foods contain real veggies and fruit as a replacement for refined sugars, making them vegan, keto-approved, non-GMO, and gluten-free. The offerings of True Made Foods include kinds of ketchup, BBQ sauces, sriracha, mustards, and hot sauces. True Made Foods reported more than $2 million in gross sales in 2020, a 120% year-over-year growth. Abraham Kamarck and Ryan Mitchell founded True Made Foods in March 2015.
