The Coffee Class, with a valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a coffee bistro in Las Vegas, Nevada that serves specialty coffee, handcrafted lattes, savory dishes, and pastries made from scratch. The business has a loyal community of coffee lovers and reported 20% year-over-year revenue growth in 2022. The Coffee Class opened its second location this year and has plans to expand to a third. Kyle Cunningham founded The Coffee Class in August 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1.1 million. Moonpreneur

Moonpreneur (also known as Moonshot Junior), with a valuation of $30 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company’s science, technology, engineering, and math platform helps students build skills and realize their passion early. It features a patent-pending, subscription-based program for experiential learning. Moonpreneur currently earns more than $100,000 in monthly revenues and reported 40% quarter-over-quarter growth. Customer lifetime value averages three to four years. Alok Jain, Vishal Malhotra, and Vikas Shukla founded Moonpreneur in November 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $409,500. The campaign proceeds will be used for customer acquisition, platform development, operations, and course creation.

 

Resolution Bed

Resolution Bed, with a valuation of $65.4 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a specialized patient bed, ResBed, that pivots 90 degrees, transforming from a  hospital bed into a stand-assist chair. ResBed’s features include a migration minimizer,  crash-free side rails, and an enhanced Trendelenburg position. Resolution Bed also aims to reduce healthcare worker and caregiver injuries related to patient positioning. Byron Wurdeman founded Resolution Bed in May 2019. Morari

Morari, with a valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company’s climax delay patch, MOR, is a chemical-free wearable patch. It enhances men’s sexual performance by giving them more time and intimacy with their partners. The patch does not include any drugs or creams and includes a wireless transcutaneous electric nerve stimulator, a Bluetooth transmitter, and a small battery. Jeff Bennett founded Morari in May 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $139,999 and a maximum target of $1.1 million. ServeScape

ServeScape, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company provides online design and farm-to-landscape delivery services for garden projects. The platform helps customers achieve their dream landscapes by matching them with experienced local landscape designers and quality contractors and by offering a large selection of locally grown plants. ServeScape reported 187% year-over-year growth and 10% month-over-month growth since its launch. Mario Cambardella founded ServeScape in June 2021. Four Doors

Four Doors is raising funds on Wefunder. It is an upcoming feature film being produced by the creator of Final Destination, Jeffrey Reddick. It’s directed by Greg Beckers and written by Zach Koepp. The film features an obsessed house sitter who goes to dangerous extremes to make her client’s lifestyle her own. The film has letters of interest with Andrea Londo and Jack Duarte to star in it. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $400,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for cast and crew, production, post-production, and marketing.

 

HealHaus

HealHaus, with a valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. It is an inclusive online and in-person platform for healing at home and at work. Services include yoga, meditation, and therapy. HealHaus includes online subscription-based memberships, a corporate wellness program, a Brooklyn-based in-person studio, and an upcoming on-demand app. HealHaus has a growing online community with 50,000 followers on Instagram and 1 million site searches. Darian Hall and Elisa Shankle founded HealHaus in November 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) target of $25,000, a minimum raise target of $250,000, and a maximum target of $1 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for product and working capital, team and personnel, sales, and marketing.

 

Miso Robotics

Miso Robotics is raising funds on Dalmore Group through Regulation A crowdfunding. The kitchen robotics company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) enabled robot called Flippy that can work in kitchen fry stations. Flippy makes the cooking process more efficient and consistent and costs less than an equivalent worker. The company has also designed a new version of Flippy and multiple other kitchen robots that can help manage tasks and serve beverages. James “Buck” Jordan, Ryan Sinnet, and Rob Anderson founded Miso Robotics in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $15 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for product development, personnel, debt repayment, and general overhead expenses.

 

Fathom Video

Fathom Video, with a valuation of $30 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed an AI-powered platform for automatic note-taking in video calls. The platform enables its users to recall and share important information from virtual meetings through real-time recording, transcription, and AI-based summarization. Fathom Video reported 30% month-over-month usage growth in the last six months. Richard White founded Fathom Video in August 2020. Global Wellness Apps

SangCash

The sustainable fish passage solutions save fish, clean water, and protect the planet. Whooshh Innovations has established commercial sales in the US, Canada, and the EU. Balto Rx

PSYONIC

PSYONIC, with a valuation of $49.9 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has leveraged its proprietary bionic technology to develop a bionic hand, the Ability Hand, that replicates touch sensations for amputees. The Ability Hand offers users more functional and faster mobility at a low cost. The Ability Hand is 20% lighter than a human hand and has a 200-millisecond closing speed. Aadeel Akhtar founded PSYONIC in November 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.25 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. ATM. com

ATM.com, with a valuation of $45 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed an app for users to convert their data into money and invest it directly into the stock market. The app’s form of data monetization is mutually beneficial and transparent while still keeping the users in control of their data. ATM.com already has more than 700,000 users and has generated $4 million in revenue since its launch. Walter Cruttenden, Michael Gleason, and Inderpreet Singh founded ATM.com in December 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.90 and a maximum target of $5 million. Finn & Emma

Finn & Emma, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes organic and sustainable baby and toddler apparel, gear, and toys.
