Life Imaging Fla

Life Imaging Fla, with a valuation of $8.3 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company aims to provide an early detection system for cancer and heart diseases. Life Imaging’s FDA-approved scanners can detect many of these diseases even before the symptoms appear. At the same time, the Life Imaging scanners do not use dyes, are quick, and use only 10% of the radiation used by a normal CT scanner. Life Imaging Fla has already conducted a pilot project under a different company wherein it generated a 37% profit margin and generated more than $500,000 in revenue in four months. James T. Graham founded Life Imaging Fla in July 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $3,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for salaries, administration expenses, and travel and entertainment.

 

Stigma Cannabis

Stigma Cannabis is testing the waters on Silicon Prairie Online. It is a CBD brand that makes cannabis products using organically grown hemp. The products of Stigma Cannabis are clean, safe, batch-tested for CBD potency, and made with premium-grade ingredients. The company is also known for its exceptional packaging and materials and an excellent customer service team. Stigma Cannabis has been voted as Minnesota’s best CBD retailer. Josh Maslowski founded Stigma Cannabis in September 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $150,000 and a maximum target of $250,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to fund the operations and complete the retail dispensary and legal cannabis expansion.

 

Adaptyv Biosystems

Adaptyv Biosystems, with a valuation of $12 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company uses synthetic biology and nanofluidics for protein engineering. The business and its technology interface with standard antibody discovery pipelines and massively increase the number of antibodies that can be screened. Adaptyv Biosystems is working on building a platform that can engineer proteins based on high-throughput nanofluids and train machine-learning models to predict new protein designs. Julian Englert, Moustafa Homani, Amir Shahein, and Daniel Nakhaee Zadeh Gutierrez founded Adaptyv Biosystems in July 2021. Hudson Space Systems

Hudson Space Systems, with a valuation of $12.6 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is an aerospace company specializing in providing microgravity services to researchers, companies, and governments. The company aims to create an affordable launch environment for customers to perform their microgravity research. Hudson Space Systems has filed one provisional patent application and has received a grant from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Nathan Tahbaz, Monica Traupmann, Dakota Van Deursen, William Skwirut, and Benjamin Iofel founded Hudson Space Systems in October 2019. MarkSetBot is already used at many sailing championships across the world and is ready to license the technology to larger industries. Kevin Morin founded MarkSetBot in November 2021. Esker Cycles by Krueger Outdoor

Esker Cycles by Krueger Outdoor, with a valuation of $6.49 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes mountain bikes using a patented suspension system. Esker uses Orion Dynamics to ensure that people enjoy their bike ride irrespective of the trail and terrain. PVpallets aim to improve cost efficiencies, reduce solar panel damage, and have positive environmental impacts. LUUM

LUUM, with a valuation of $23.2 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a patented AI-based technology that will help beauty service providers to apply lash extensions in minutes. The technology will enable three times faster application of lash extensions compared to manual application. LUUM has already partnered with a top cosmetics brand and is in the prototype phase. Lynn Heublein, Nathan Harding, Joanne Chen, and Kurt Amundson founded LUUM in June 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.66 and a maximum target of $1,069,999.26. Enervolt

Enervolt, with a valuation of $17.5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed proprietary software that monitors energy systems in real-time and provides energy solutions for vital problems. Enervolt’s Nexus Optimiser Flex Kits and Roof Kits provide an integrated solution for optimizing solar panel energy output along with monitoring and storing capacities. The company has received many orders in the past few months, including one from a chain of battery and golf cart suppliers. William Patridge founded Enervolt in 2012. Verve

Verve, with a valuation of  $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company provides micro-mobility solutions with affordable and eco-friendly scooters. The Verve scooters are reliable, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly modes of transportation. Verve is already operating a small fleet out of New Jersey and did more than 40 rides in five days after launch. Kevin Thompson and Naim Statham founded Verve in September 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. Xoca

Xoca, with a valuation of $2.53 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes one-of-its-kind gut-healthy soda using upcycled cacao fruit. The delicious and sustainable beverage has substantial functional benefits and is good for the gut and the planet. Xoca has a strong brand identity and has developed a proprietary method for the processing of the cacao fruit. Jacob Lopata founded Xoca in July 2017. Honeyfund. com

Honeyfund.com, with a valuation of $39.3 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a honeymoon wedding gift registry that allows couples to receive financial support from their friends and family for their honeymoon experiences and wedding-related costs. It makes gifting exciting and straightforward. Honeyfund has already funded more than one million couples, with $703 million in gifts from 6.2 million givers. The company is planning to expand into supporting friends and family through life’s milestones and mishaps. Sara Margulis founded Honeyfund.com in 2009. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999 and a maximum target of $3,932,184.60. The campaign proceeds will be used for further development of the app, development of a rewards system, and marketing.

 

Congreso Park

Congreso Park is raising funds on Republic. It is a brand new condominium building in the heart of Mexico City. The apartment complex has 45 apartments across six floors, with retail space on the ground floor and a common roof garden. The complex is being bought by Smart Vylon, a visionary home development company. Smart Vylon plans to lease Congreso Park units with an estimated 7% annual yield. Island Brands, with a valuation of $117 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes premium-quality beer as a competition to the major corporate brands. The beer of Island Brands is all-clean and brewed using only water, yeast, barley, and hops. The two flagship products of Island Brands are Island Coastal Lager and Island Active. Island Brands is the number one fastest-growing lager brand family in the Southeast and went up 95% in dollar sales. Scott Hansen and Brandon Perry founded Island Brands in March 2019. 4Sight HEVA Opportunity Zone Fund

4Sight HEVA Opportunity Zone Fund is raising funds on Mr. Crowd. The fund helps investors invest in multifamily and commercial properties based on a combination of location, return targets, and rental demand.
