NODABL Networks, with a valuation of $25 million, is raising funds on Fundify. The company provides 5G broadband networks and private LTE as a service and enables enterprises to leverage the power of data. The 5G/LTE network of NODABL allows businesses to get hassle-free network ownership and maintain full control over the network. NODABL Networks has already established development partnerships and has attractive financials. Aroon Tungare founded NODABL Networks in January 2019. Passion Tree

Passion Tree, with a valuation of $29.5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company crafts high-quality hard seltzer with superior flavors. The hard seltzer of Passion Tree is highly rated, contains 5.5% alcohol, and comes in exotic fruit flavors. Passion Tree has a triple-digit growth rate and has signed deals with Caribbean partners to launch in Puerto Rico this year. LIFT Aircraft

bluShift Aerospace

bluShift Aerospace, with a valuation cap of $18 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is a commercial rocket company that uses earth-responsible, carbon-neutral, and bio-derived fuel to provide space launch services. The company works as an Uber to space with its suborbital and orbital launch services. bluShift Aerospace is expected to be cash-flow positive in four years and increase its net margin to 50% in seven years. Sascha Deri founded bluShift Aerospace in 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $4,000,000. TransCrypts

TransCrypts, with a valuation cap of $10 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a platform that uses blockchain to help human resource departments issue employment and income verification documents. AgTechLogic
