The facility adheres to best practices in quality control and regulatory compliances. Lorenzo Barracco and Michael Cristalli founded Mystic Holdings in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $5 million and a maximum target of $50 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the acquisition of Nevada dispensaries, additional acquisitions and investments, and working capital.
