It is a plant and floral boutique with a huge selection of tropical house plants, plant supplies, a full-service florist division, and boutique-style goods crafted by dozens of area makers, artists, and small businesses. The Lepley & Co management team is all female, and the company is a proud supporter of LGBTQ initiatives and values. Justin Lepley founded Lepley and Co. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $50,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for floral delivery vehicles, refinancing high-interest credit card debt, and cash on hand to help provide a cushion between expenses and receipt of Accounts Receivable.

 

Dope Pieces Puzzle Company

Dope Pieces is raising funds on Honeycomb. As a socially minded and minority-owned business, Dope Pieces creates puzzles using beautiful images of Black and Brown people and culturally positive themes from well-established artists. The puzzles have a strong content base and are beautiful enough to frame and hang. Kristina Hale founded Dope Pieces in 2019. Baked True North

Baked True North is raising funds on Honeycomb. Baked True North has created not only the most unique and delicious gluten-free products, but a community around “gluten-freedom”.  Baked True North is currently located in Bellevue in a commercial kitchen in a residential location (without a storefront). The new location will be a bakery/storefront with enough space to serve the north of Pittsburgh from the North Hills all the way to Cranberry. Lauren Marts founded Baked True North in 2016. Inebriated Baker

Inebriated Baker is raising funds on Honeycomb. The company is a woman-owned specialty vegan, boozy bakery located in Lexington, Kentucky. The Inebriated Baker is capitalizing on the distillery and craft beer explosion in Kentucky (especially Lexington), as well as the growing national interest in bespoke cocktails and small-batch confections. MetaMorph Jewelry Studio

MetaMorph Jewelry Studios raising funds on Honeycomb. MetaMorph Jewelry Studio is an end-to-end jewelry manufacturing business. The company’s primary product is handcrafted metalwork jewelry, fabricated from raw materials like bronze, 925 sterling silver and 14k gold filled. Sarah Daigneault founded MetaMorph Jewelry Studio in 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $25,000. Pip & Lola’s

Pip & Lola’s, a handmade soap company in Pennsylvania, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. M.O. Food & Distribution

M.O. Food & Distribution, a producer creating smoked seafood products and poultry products, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. M.O. Food’s smoked dried shrimp market serves African, Asian, Hispanic, and international markets, as well as wholesalers. Poultry customers are buying from M.O. because they produce hard to find fully smoked uncooked chicken similar to smoked uncooked turkey necks. Ojetemola Ojemuyiwa and Omosolape Ojemuyiwa founded M.O. Food & Distribution in 2020. Flavors of the Isle

Flavors of the Isle is raising funds on Honeycomb. The restaurant serves American soul food and Jamaican cuisine. It has developed homemade jerk seasoning and jerk sauces, which highlights the unique flavors of the menu. Ebony Williams founded Flavors of the Isle in 2016. Great Blue Brewing

Each beer is crafted with extreme attention to detail, using the highest quality products produced both locally and nationally. Heritage Club

The Heritage Club, a Boston and Massachusetts provisionally licensed adult use cannabis dispensary located in Charlestown, MA. is raising funds on MainVest. The Heritage Club is seeking investment to renovate and open a location. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $20,000 and a maximum target of $250,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for building out the location.

 

Wicked BOLD

Wicked BOLD, a vegan foods brand in Flower Mound, TX, is raising funds on MainVest. The company makes small-batch vegan chocolate using organic and ethically sourced cacao from Belize. The chocolate is handmade, healthy, and delicious and made with just three ingredients. Deric Cahill and Brooklyn Cahill founded Wicked BOLD in September 2019. Main Street Phoenix Workers Co-op

Main Street Phoenix Workers Co-op is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is built around a group of restaurant & social enterprise vets building an employee-owned restaurant group. The Main Street Phoenix Project is looking to acquire and invest in main street businesses which are at risk or considering not opening due to the COVID-19 pandemic and current economic crisis. Jason Wiener founded Main Street Phoenix Workers Co-op in 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,07,000. Straight Teeth Solutions

Straight Teeth Solutions, with a valuation of $19.96 million is raising funds on Netcapital. Straight Teeth Solutions’ products are made in the USA and have successfully treated more than 500,000 patients. Bruice Goldblatt founded Straight Teeth Solutions in 2019. The Distillery at South Shore

The Distillery at South Shore is raising funds on Honeycomb. This project will give new life to a historic landmark, the Joseph S. NXT Water

NXT Water, Makers of Akeso, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is an innovator in science-backed ultra-functional beverages using CBD and plant powered hydration. NXT Water developed an immunity and endurance product with more potency of zinc & Vitamin D than any other beverage on the market. Todd Waks and Tommy Stephenson founded NXT Water in 2018. SoMee

SoMee, with a valuation of $18.7 million, is raising funds on Republic. SoMee’s mobile apps streamline the user experience to allow users to be social and earn rewards on the go. It is a blockchain-enabled application. The company had ad revenue of $3 million in the first year. Christopher Krmaer founded SoMee in 2013. B-Boy’s Family BBQ

B-Boy’s Family BBQ is raising funds on SMBX. The company is a Black-owned family business that all started with some weekend get-togethers over the grill. Located in the Bay Area, B-Boy’s Family BBQ is a BBQ catering service that the locals enjoy year round.  Brian Brown and Roshawnda Brown founded B-Boy’s Family BBQ in 2019. Marek Landscaping

Marek Landscaping is raising funds on Honeycomb. The company designs and builds ecological landscapes with a focus on monitoring, research, and stewardship. The team at Marek Landscaping includes designers, scientists, and contractors who bring out the highest performance of ecological systems. Marek Landscaping has already generated 19 original specifications for the Wisconsin DOT and has forecasted to triple its gross revenue to $3 million within the next three years. Engineurix, with a $5 million valuation, is raising funds on Netcapital. The company’s product – Intellihat – is a mass-market, consumer health device in the form of a wearable hat. It’s designed to slow the effects of cognitive decline due to natural aging. Intellihat was founded by two pioneers in the field of neuromodulation, Jeffrey E. Arle, MD, PhD and Jay L. Shils, PhD. It is making impact investing available to everyone, regardless of race, gender, background, or income level. CoPeace invests in growing companies and positive social impact and allows investors to participate in the growth. The company was founded by Craig Jonas in 2018 and has raised more than $2.6 million since its founding. Island Savoy
