Lora DiCarlo, with a valuation cap of $40 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company uses advanced technology to empower people to embrace their sexuality. The team has developed patent-pending technology to create innovative sexual health products. Lora Haddock DiCarlo founded Lora DiCarlo in 2017 and has raised more than $5 million in previous rounds of financing. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to innovate new products and services and work towards a sexually equitable world. Lora DiCarlo has direct-to-consumer sales in 37 countries and has shipped 50,000 units to date.

 

LEVELS Network

LEVELS Network, with a pre-money valuation of $79.5 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a vertically integrated social network with a payment function. The mobile app allows users to pay within the app, tell what they purchased, index their data, and post reviews. The app, thus, offers advertising opportunities to merchants. Jonas Frey founded LEVELS Network in October 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $9,985.20 and a maximum goal of $1,069,974.60, will be used to increase the number of active users and reach the revenue prediction targets. LEVELS Network already has more than 40,000 users in cities including Los Angeles, Dubai, London, and Cape Town.

 

King G

King G, an upcoming bar and delicatessen in Kansas City, MO, is raising funds on MainVest. The business is bringing a modern take on the classic bar and opening a vibrant location. The bar will offer craft beer, natural wines, cocktails, bar bites, salads, and sandwiches. Eric Flanagan founded King G in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $150,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, will be used towards equipment, inventory, small wares, and working capital. Sun & Swell

Sun & Swell, with a $9.5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is an online grocery store that is reinventing the world of grocery and putting people and the planet first. The store allows consumers to purchase organic and healthy food in plastic-free packaging. Kate Flynn and Bryan Flynn founded Sun & Swell in 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $750,000, will be used for marketing, hiring, product development, and working capital. Sun & Swell grew its online market to a $500,000 annual run rate in less than twelve months. The business is the first online plastic-free health food store and has won awards for sustainability.

 

Mesh Communities

Mesh Communities, with a valuation cap of $8 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The social media platform allows communities and users to reimagine digital advertising. The users get to become the owners of their content, privacy, safety, and relationships. Jess Wise and Cliff Atkinson founded Mesh Communities in March 2019. Genesis Cafe

Vault & Cellar

Vault & Cellar, a new American restaurant in Middletown, VA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant will open as a modern tavern-style bistro with a balance between the elegance of fine-dining experience and the approachability of a food truck. The bistro will offer great food, great drinks, and great service. Kari Harleth Rushing founded Vault & Cellar in March 2021. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $15,000 and a maximum goal of $80,000. The raise proceeds will target financing the down payment for the building which is used to house Nana’s Irish Pub. Vault & Cellar is led by a team with high levels of skills and experience in the hospitality industry.

 

Fund the First

Fund the First, with a $6 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Republic. It is a verified crowdfunding platform for first responders, military, and medical professionals. The platform allows citizens to support their national heroes when there is a need with its verified crowdfunding campaigns that combat fraud. Robert Garland founded Fund the First in July 2019 and has raised more than $550,000 since the inception. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used to expand the platform to help educators and teachers and bring on new corporate partners. Fund the First has hosted 155 fundraising campaigns totaling over $1 million. It works on a 5% revenue model and has partnered with ID.me for a trusted experience.

 

First Crop

First Crop, with a pre-money valuation of $13.44 million, is raising funds on MicroVentures. The company makes and sells its branded CBD-based products in the consumer health and wellness space. It also offers CBD oil extraction and hemp processing services for a fee. David Weir, Jane Pinto, and David Armstrong founded First Crop in March 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used towards marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and general & administrative expenses. First Crop reported a 508% growth in monthly net revenue from September 2020 to February 2021. The company brought 24 new products to the market in the third and fourth quarters of 2020.

 

Sash Group

Sash Group, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company makes and sells patented sash bags that have a unique, ergonomic, 10-pocket design. The sash handbags bring a better way for women to have all the things they need at their fingertips. Nichole MacDonald founded Sash Group in 2012. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $250,000 and a maximum target of $1,000,000. The raise proceeds will go towards marketing, payroll, and the production of sash bags. Sash Group has already generated $14 million in revenue and has 70,000 fans creating a high demand for production.

 

The Pickleball Club

The Pickleball Club, with a valuation cap of $17 million, is raising funds on Republic. The club is being developed to be the premier membership-based indoor pickleball facility in the United States. The first two clubs are under development in Sarasota, Florida. Brian McCarthy and Matthew Gordon founded The Pickleball Club in November 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $5,000,000, will be used to complete the development of new locations, augment the corporate development team, and add more locations. Goodlander Cocktail Brewery

Goodlander Cocktail Brewery, a cocktail brewery in Pennsylvania, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. The company aims to make kegged and carbonated highball-style cocktails, including Moscow Mule and Gin & Tonic. The cocktails will be sold in kegs and growlers. William Shonk founded Goodlander Cocktail Brewery in October 2020. The current crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $20,000. The proceeds will be used towards building a retail counter, buying tables and chairs, and setting up a mobile bar for summer outdoor events. Goodlander Cocktail Brewery is led by a team with a track record of success and innovation in the beverage industry.

 

Wicked BOLD

Wicked BOLD, a vegan foods brand in Flower Mound, TX, is raising funds on MainVest. The company makes small-batch vegan chocolate using organic and ethically sourced cacao from Belize. The chocolate is handmade, healthy, delicious, and made with just three ingredients. Deric Cahill and Brooklyn Cahill founded Wicked BOLD in September 2019. Oak’d Handcrafted BBQ & Brewery

Oak’d Handcrafted BBQ & Brewery, a BBQ restaurant and brewery, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant serves handcrafted BBQ along with exceptional beer. The Texas BBQ brisket of Oak’d Handcrafted BBQ & Brewery comes infused with the vanilla-tinged flavor of smoke in a peppery bark. Michael Lane and Clint Norton founded Oak’d Handcrafted BBQ & Brewery in October 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $90,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, will be used towards opening the new location at Addison, Texas. Oak’d Handcrafted BBQ & Brewery is already doing well at the DFW area location and aims to expand to the bustling community of Addison.

 

Caribbean Water Technologies

Caribbean Water Technologies, with a $3 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is a water purification company that uses advanced water purification technology for residential and commercial water purification. The Caripur H2O technology uses AI to measure system information and environmental data in real-time and give advance warnings on water problems. Nimon Bondurant founded Caribbean Water Technologies in March 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $100,000 and a maximum raise of $1,000,000, will be used for R&D, continued advancement of machine learning, sustainability development, infrastructure, personnel, and working capital. Caribbean Water Technologies has one awarded and two derivative patents pending for intelligent water purification.

 

Yoodlize

Yoodlize, with a valuation cap of $6 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. It is a peer-to-peer lending platform that allows people to lend the stuff they own and enjoy the things they do not own by borrowing them. The products usually traded on Yoodlize include party equipment, tools, recreational vehicles, photography equipment, and much more. Jason Fairbourne, Natalie Fairbourne, and Jeremy Robertson founded Yoodlize in 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $500,000. The raise proceeds will target digital media marketing, influencer campaigns, and operations. Yoodlize tested its product-market fit over a one-year pilot program. The system allows people to earn side money off the stuff they already own.

 

AndeanSun

The Dawg Haus

The Dawg Haus, an upcoming food truck in Portland, OR, is raising funds on MainVest. The food truck plans to be mobile and serve families with children and workers on breaks at different locations. The offerings will include hotdogs and sausages. DeAngelo Crawford founded The Dawg Haus in March 2021. No Limit Technology Holdings, with a pre-money valuation of $1.05 million, is raising funds on TruCrowd. It is an online gaming company with two gaming platforms and a cryptocurrency of its own, NoLimitCoin. The platforms and currency provide safe and fast gaming transactions at a low cost. Rafael Groswirt founded No Limit Technology Holdings in January 2021. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $75,000 and a maximum target of $107,000. The raise proceeds will target software development, sales and marketing, DFS software, staff, legal expenses, and general operating capital. No Limit Technology Holdings follows specific protocols and aims to be the market leader in the sports betting market.

 

Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila

Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila, a gourmet taqueria in Pennsylvania, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. The restaurant serves delicious tacos made from scratch, including tortilla chips, beef, pork, chicken, and other ingredients. Brian Gorder founded Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila in 2019. Blendid, with a pre-money valuation of $49.9 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes robotic food automation solutions powered by artificial intelligence. The first product of Blendid is a robotic kiosk that makes healthy smoothies on demand and based on the taste and preferences of customers. Vipin Jain, Venki Ayalur, and Vijay Dodd founded Blendid in 2015 and have raised more than $13 million in previous rounds of financing. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum target of $9,999.73 and a maximum target of $1,999,998.39, and the proceeds will be used for expansion to national and international locations. Blendid already has kiosks deployed at select Walmart locations and plans to expand aggressively.

 

LUPii

LUPii, with a valuation cap of $6 million, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. The company makes healthy and delicious snacks using plant protein from the lupini bean. The flagship product of LUPii is LUPii Bars, new vegan protein bars in four distinct flavors. Isabelle Steichen and Alexandra Dempster founded LUPii in April 2019. The artisan pods of Son of a Barista make rich and deeply satisfying coffee, as high-quality as a gourmet cup of coffee. Luca Capula, Albert Dahan, and Eric Dahan founded Son of a Barista in May 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $9,998.94 and a maximum goal of $1,069,997.16, will be used towards launching new products, marketing, and exploring more B2B and B2C opportunities. Son of a Barista has sold more than half a million pods since May 2020 and has three restaurants using their professional machines.

 

Digital Eclipse

Digital Eclipse, a video games company, is raising funds on Republic through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company brings prolific arcade games to home computers and game consoles through emulation. The brand is a leader in remastering, reimagining, and reinventing. Andrew Ayre founded Digital Eclipse in June 2017.
