Kornr Store

Kornr Store is raising funds on Small Change. The business is owned by Purpose8 Real Estate and plans to open at 6224 16th Street, Detroit. The building is planned to be renovated into a two-bedroom, one-bathroom residential rental unit with features including a community green space. The first floor of the same building will carry the Kornr Store selling essentials, including coffee, baked goods, personal goods, home goods, and small business products. Chingu

Chingu is raising funds on MainVest. It is an upcoming Korean restaurant in Kansas City, MO, with inspiration from street foods, Korean bbq, and home cooking. The restaurant aims to have a fun and interactive environment with childhood favorites on its menu. The food at Chingu will be paired with a full bar program with a curated selection of beers, wines, and spirits inspired by Korean and other Asian flavors. David Son founded Chingu in July 2021. Ludus

Ludus, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed web-based software to meet the unique needs of performing arts organizations. The software contains tools that help arts organizations manage their marketing, ticketing, fundraising, and other functions while having ease of use and flexibility to grow with the organizations. Ludus has partnered with national and state associations, including AACT, EdTA, and WHSFA, and is trusted by more than 1,000 companies. Zachary Collins and Kevin Schneider founded Ludus in July 2016. B-Side the Tracks Brewing Company

B-Side the Tracks Brewing Company is raising funds on MainVest. It is an upcoming brewery in Olde Town, Conyers, Georgia. It will consist of a brewery and restaurant with a rooftop patio for live music and events. The restaurant will serve farm-fresh and local produce, and the brewery will serve a line of craft beers and craft spirits. Manhattan Brewing Company

Manhattan Brewing Company is raising funds on SMBX. The business runs a brewery in Manhattan, Kansas, and aims to bring the best beer experience and education to the people of the city. Upswing Fitness, with a valuation of $30 million, is raising funds on Wefunder.  The company has developed a Software-as-a-Service platform that empowers fitness trainers and gyms with online tools to scale their businesses. It is a social platform for wellness leaders and their communities and helps fitness creators monetize their content and following. Upswing Fitness connects creators to consumers and works on a high-growth and low-overhead model. Shaun Ziegler and Chris Putsch founded Upswing Fitness in November 2020. QUAS Brewpub

RimTech by Project Overlord

RimTech by Project Overlord, with a valuation of $37.3 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. Waverly Labs

Waverly Labs, with a valuation of $42 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is an innovative voice and language products company. The over-the-ear interpreter of Waverly Labs can translate more than 20 languages and help cross the language barrier in business and commerce. Waverly Labs has generated lifetime revenues of $10 million with 96% year-over-year growth from 2020 to 2021. The company has partnered with companies like Walmart, Hilton, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers for its business-to-business testing. Andrew Ochoa and Sergio Delrio Diaz founded Waverly Labs in 2014. WeLa Lao

Bracketology

Bracketology is raising funds on Wefunder. It is America’s largest centralized platform for reality TV fantasy gaming. Bracketology’s current solution, Bach Bracket, combines fantasy sports with reality TV and allows users to join a league, make weekly picks, and check their scores. WebJoint
