ActivArmor

ActivArmor, with a valuation of $21.9 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes and sells waterproof and hygienic custom 3D printed casts and splints. The casts and splints of ActivArmor allow people requiring immobilization to practice basic hygiene like showering and washing hands even with an injury. CLIPr

CLIPr, with a valuation of $30 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The company has developed the technology to index every second of a video, make it fully searchable, and generate an automated table of contents. The technology is based on machine learning and prevents users from wading through an entire video to look for what they want. CLIPr is working with businesses and platforms like Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom and increased its revenue by 7.5x year-over-year in 2022. Humphrey Chen, Aaron Sloman, and Cindy Chin founded CLIPr in July 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $4,000,000. Wellness Sushi

Doroni Aerospace

The company has developed an Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing Aircraft (eVTOL) that people can fly personally and park in their home garage. The aim of Doroni Aerospace is to make transportation faster, cheaper, safer, simpler, greener, and more efficient. Doroni Aerospace’s prototype eVTOL has already been designed, built, and tested and has successfully lifted off the ground. Doron Merdinger and Roman Antonov founded Doroni Aerospace in October 2021. OpenSeed

OpenSeed, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed meditation pods for workplaces and other commercial spaces. The meditation pods of OpenSeed are designed to induce calm and bring elevated states of mental wellbeing. OpenSeed has completed a 10-month pilot at Cambridge Innovation Center in Miami and a research study in Japan. StyleRow is already being used by multiple interior designing and architectural firms and has a run rate of $1 million from SaaS alone. Erinn Valencich founded StyleRow in August 2017. AHP Title Holdings

AHP Title Holdings is raising funds independently through Regulation A crowdfunding. The company buys defaulted government-backed VA loans at discounts and helps veterans and their families keep their homes. The company is involved in mortgage loan business, title insurance business, and credit improvement business. AHP Title Holdings has generated $80,000 in revenue since inception by performing title searches for an affiliate, AHP Servicing. Jorge P. Newbery founded AHP Title Holdings in 2020. LiveCare

EnergyX

EnergyX is raising funds through Regulation A crowdfunding with Dalmore Group as the Broker-Dealer. The company has developed next-generation battery technology, direct lithium extraction technology, and built Lithium-ion Transport and Separation( LiTAS). EnergyX already has agreements with four of the top 10 lithium producers in the world. The company’s technology will improve lithium recovery rates from 30% to 90%. Teague Egan founded EnergyX in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $75,000,000. RADAR USA
