Biscuit and Counter

Biscuit and Counter is raising funds on MainVest. The business started as a home-based biscuit baking project and has grown to become a place serving biscuit-centric breakfast, brunch, or lunch menus. The company has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, Palm Springs Life Magazine, and The Hollywood Reporter and plans to open a permanent home in downtown Palm Springs. Marlo Sandler and Lance Velasquez founded Biscuit and Counter in July 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $150,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for space buildout, equipment, and operating capital.

 

Agora

Agora, with a valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is developing a platform for people to search across the inventory of local stores and get what they want locally. The platform will also help local stores build a robust inventory system based on local demand insights. Agora will have multiple revenue streams, including product placement, analytics, and ad-based revenue. Allison Walsh founded Agora in May 2019. World Tree

World Tree, with a $12.6 million valuation, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is leading the Eco-Tree Action designed to reverse climate change and make significant impacts for investors and small farmers. The project provides accessible investment opportunities in sustainable timber. World Tree has raised $8.7 million to date and is funding more than 270 tree farms. Doug Willmore founded World Tree in June 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $250,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000. Waku

Waku, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Republic. The business makes delicious herbal tea to maximize gut health. The herbal teas are gluten-free, keto-friendly, non-GMO, vegan, all-natural, and draw on centuries of Ecuadorian knowledge. Waku acquired more than 3,500 new customers in the last 12 months and reported 360% growth compared to 2020. The revenue is expected to reach more than $650,000 by the end of 2021. Nico Estrella and Juan Giraldo founded Waku in September 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. ZiphyCare

ZiphyCare, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The business provides affordable at-home quality healthcare for underserved communities, the disabled, the poor, and the elderly. ZiphyCare treats chronically ill patients in the comfort of their homes both remotely and in person. The business has treated hundreds of patients in New York and signed contracts for thousands of patients in New York and New Jersey. Rada Sumareva founded ZiphyCare in March 2018. Knowledge as a Service, with a valuation of $16 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is developing a proven behavior change solution that aims to change the lives of employees. The solution will change workplace training by influencing employee behaviors through technology, learning science, and advertising principles. Knowledge as a Service has three patents awarded and has been adopted by many Fortune 500 companies. Robert Feeney founded Knowledge as a Service in July 2021. GiftCrowd

GiftCrowd, with a valuation of $5.79 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is an online group gifting solution that offers users a hassle-free group gifting experience. The solution takes care of the complete group gifting process, including collecting money, sending reminders, maintaining the personal touch, and sending thank you notes. GiftCrowd already has a loyal customer base with many repeat customers. Eshed Doni founded GiftCrowd in March 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $965,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to become the go-to website for group gifting.

 

nVIAsoft

nVIAsoft, with a valuation of $93.7 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is developing a multimodal contactless hand biometric technology called Verihand. The technology will use AI with a proprietary algorithm and machine learning to bring security into users’ hands. nVIAsoft’s unique patent addresses the limitations of other biometric authentication processes and makes databases virtually unhackable. Bernard D. Garcia founded nVIAsoft in March 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for expansion into cloud computing and mobile industries for single sign-on, secure online banking, and payment solutions.

 

The Yogi Trademark Movie

The Yogi Trademark Movie is raising funds on Wefunder. The feature comedy is exploring the exploding yoga movement and will cater to the enjoyment of a yoga-forward audience. The team filmed a short version of The Yogi Trademark Movie as the proof of concept and called it Awarewolf. The short version was a resounding success and was screened at major film festivals. Zaiser Motors

Capital Pipeline

The tools offered by Capital Pipeline help businesses to make smart and strategic decisions based on business analytics. Capital Pipeline was named a Google Cloud Startup in 2021 and began a partnership with Automation Anywhere. Stephanie Dyan Nelson and Joseph Yuhas founded Capital Pipeline in August 2021. Blockchain Institute of Technology

Les Gourmands Bakery

Les Gourmands Bakery is raising funds on MainVest. The bakery is based in San Francisco, CA, and serves handmade French bakery products, including freshly made sandwiches and French viennoiseries. The bakery products are made using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients without any preservatives. Les Gourmands Bakery was voted the best bakery in San Francisco in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Responsum Health already has four patient-partnered, commercially supported platforms and has just launched the fifth platform for persons with long term COVID-19. Rockval

Rockval, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Fundopolis. The company offers affordable data-driven underwriting for existing property and ground-up development. The solution helps in bridging the gap between small/mid-size firms, commercial real estate investors, “resi-mmercial” brokers, and newcomers in the commercial real estate space. Unicore

Unicore is raising funds on Mr. Crowd. It is a real estate trust that acquires and develops real estate, holds real estate for rental income, and eventually disposes of the real estate. Unicore currently plans to acquire a property at 1157 Dorrance St., Philadelphia, PA. Kachinga provides a chore, savings, and allowance management app for kids, a debit card with parental controls, and personalized guidance to parents. NowRx

The digital health platform provides both same-day delivery of medicines and telehealth services through its software and robotics. The pharmacy management and logistics system of NowRx, QuickFill, offers online prescribing, free same-day prescription delivery, insurance approval, payment assistance, and live customer service. NowRx generated $13.4 million in revenue in 2020 and reached $9.79 in revenue in the first half of 2021. Cary Breese and Sumeet Shoekand founded NowRx in 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $2,550,000 and a maximum target of $75,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for research and development, growth into new geographical regions, and expansion of operations to meet increasing consumer demand.
