Novuson Surgical, with a valuation of $24.8 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed the next generation of electrosurgical devices that are more effective and safer than traditional devices. The Direct Therapeutic Ultrasound (DTU) surgical devices of Novuson Surgical aim to disrupt the surgical device market and improve patient safety. Novuson Surgical has already secured investment from a major medical technology company and is in negotiation for more strategic partnerships. Stuart B Mitchell founded Novuson Surgical in February 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to bring the products to market and launch new products.
