OriginClear, with a valuation of $16 million, is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Manhattan Street Capital as the Broker-Dealer. It is the Clean Water Innovation Hub focused on saving the world’s freshwater supply. OriginClear is making the future of wastewater treatment affordable with its Water On Demand fund, which provides leased equipment to businesses for water treatment. The business also offers water treatment systems scaled down in size and cost but not in capability, as well as progressive water treatment for industrial applications. Riggs Eckelberry founded OriginClear in 2007. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $50 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, compensation, general and administrative expenses, corporate debt reduction, working capital, financings, and acquisitions.
