Commercial Strategies is raising funds on tZERO. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beyond, Inc. and is tokenizing the intellectual property of Overstock.com. Commercial Strategies acquired certain trademark registrations related to Overstock.com in April 2025 in exchange for an annual royalty fee. The company is currently tokenizing the intellectual property of Overstock.com to build communities that will share in the revenues of the brand tokens they own and become social cheerleaders for the brand. Leah Putnam and Melissa Smith founded Commercial Strategies in September 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $250,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
