Paradigm Development Fund I is raising funds on Rialto Markets. It is a social enterprise company focused on developing inclusive residential communities for neurotypical individuals. Paradigm Development Fund I offers affordable housing options and long-term solutions for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The business also works with disability service providers to enable residents to access the services they need to live independent lives. David Leurck, Zachary Douglas, Richard Michaelis, Jr., and Theodore J. Karras founded Paradigm Development Fund I in December 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $500,000 and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for land costs, hard costs, soft costs, pre-development costs, site and civil expenses, architecture, earnest money deposits, asset management, and general and administrative expenses.
